A conference call between water managers, first responders and agencies up and down the North Platte  river confirmed the expectation that water will begin to spill out of Pathfinder reservoir late Sunday.

Lt Stew Anderson, Natrona County Emergency Manager says release out of Grey Reef will follow.

"They'll start increasing the flows out of Greyreef Reservoir starting on the 25th to the 28th."

River levels may go up about a foot as water flow increases from 5400 to 6500 Cubic Feet per second by the 28th of May.

He says sand bag stations are open again tomorrow from 9-5.

"Cole Creek on the east side and off of Wyoming boulevard across from the Fairgrounds on the west side. And we're still looking at just those places that are threatened that are real close to the river."
