CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Wyoming's unemployment rate remains at 3.7 percent but is lower than it was a year ago.

The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services reported Tuesday that the June jobless rate was the same as it was in May.

The 3.7 percent jobless rate is lower than both its June 2017 level of 4.0 percent and the current U.S. unemployment rate of 4.0 percent.

In June, Teton County posted the state's lowest unemployment rate at 2.4 percent, followed by Crook County at 3.1 percent, Niobrara County at 3.3 percent and Johnson County at 3.5 percent. The highest unemployment rates were found in Fremont County with 5.2 percent, Natrona 4.7 percent and Uinta 4.5 percent.
