Nathan Wagoner Admits To Sex Crimes

A Casper man is admitting to engaging in sexual acts on a then-elementary school aged child.

Twenty-eight year old Nathan Wagoner has pleaded guilty to one count of second degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department interviewed the victim, who had said between September 2012 and March 2013, Wagoner and the victim had performed sexual acts on each other.

When interviewed, Wagoner said he was living with the victim’s parents at the time, and on one occasion allowed the situation to get out of hand.

As part of a plea deal, prosecutors will seek a 12-to-15 year prison sentence.

Wagoner is free on $10,000 bond and will be sentenced at a later date.
