High pressure will continue to build over the state of Wyoming today.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies and mainly dry conditions for much of the state.  The one exception will be in far northeastern portions of the state, where early flurries or light snow showers are possible.  Winds will also be breezy to gusty today, especially throughout central and southeastern Wyoming, with gusts between 35 and 50 mph.  Temperatures continue to gradually heat up and become closer to normal today with daytime highs in the 30's and 40's.  A weather system will approach the region on Thursday.  We can expect thickening clouds and breezy to windy conditions statewide.  Light snow will also be possible in western portions of the state during the day, with a small chance for snow over the southern mountains on Thursday night.  Temperatures continue to stay near average with daytime highs in the 30's and 40's.
