Memorial Day Observance In Casper [AUDIO]

Governor Matt Mead will be the featured speaker at this year's Memeorial Day Services today at the Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetary. 

The observance is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. and will be indoors because of the inclement weather. Stan Lowe joined us to talk about the history of Memorial Day and the observance today.
