WASHINGTON (AP) — Supporters and opponents of the proposed Keystone XL pipeline will have to wait a while longer for a decision from the Obama administration on whether to approve it.The administration is extending indefinitely the amount of time federal agencies have to review the project. That means a decision probably won't come until after the November elections. The State Department cites a recent decision by a Nebraska judge overturning a state law that allowed the pipeline's path through the state. Nebraska's high court isn't expected to rule for months.
