For the first time since 2005, the Kelly Walsh Trojans are champions of Class 4A girls' soccer.

The Trojans won the crown last Saturday in Rock Springs with a 2-0 victory over Jackson in the state championship match.

Peyton Hill and Reagan Camp were credited with the goals for the Trojans. Addy Harris had another shutout in the net.

WyoPreps spoke with Hill and Harris after the match. They both talked about the feeling, what it took, and the journey they had to reach the top. Hill also touched on her game-winning goal, while Harris mentioned adjustments from a regional loss to Jackson to beating them in the title game. That is in the video above.

This was just the third girls' soccer title in school history. Besides 2023 and 2005, the first was in 1994.
