It is Week 6 in the high school spring golf season in Wyoming. Six more events are on the calendar this week, which includes a few teams playing out of state in Nebraska in a boys’ only event. Action is spread throughout the week. Hulett hosted at Devils Tower. Green River, Cheyenne, Cody, Wright, and Lusk have other events in Wyoming. Not much time remains in the spring season.

April 29, 2024

Devils Tower Golf Invitational at Devils Tower G.C. – Hulett, Glenrock, Lusk, Moorcroft, Sundance, Thermopolis.

The medalists were Savanah Peterson of Sundance and Hayden Overfield of Thermopolis. Sundance finished 1st in both team standings.

May 1, 2024

Green River Spring Invite at Rolling Green C.C. – Evanston, Green River, Lyman, Pinedale, Rock Springs.

Evanston won both team titles. Evanston's Marlee Torres and Ryker Lind were the medalists.

Gering, NE Invite (boys only) at Monument Shadows G.C. – Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Wheatland.

East placed 2nd, Wheatland was 3rd, and Central took 5th. Nash Coleman of East took 2nd, and teammate Daniel Meyer was 6th. Wheatland's Tate Nichols placed 3rd.

May 2, 2024

Cheyenne South Spring Invite at Little America G.C. – Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Laramie, Natrona County.

Quin Yeager of NC won the girls' medalist honor by four shots. Carson Moniz of Laramie was the boys' medalist after a playoff with two other golfers. The Central girls and Laramie boys finished first in the team standings.

May 3, 2024

Cody Spring Invite at Olive Glenn G.C. – Buffalo, Cody, Lander, Lovell, Powell, Riverton, Sheridan, Thermopolis Worland.

Lovell's Erika Cook won by 15 shots in the girls' division, and Riverton's Parker Paxton won the boys by 10 shots. The Sheridan girls and Riverton boys finished first place.

Wright Spring Golf Invite at Hay Creek G.C. – canceled due to weather & course conditions

May 4, 2024

Lusk Spring Golf Invite at Niobrara C.C. – Big Horn, Hulett, Glenrock, Lusk, Moorcroft, Sundance, Tongue River, Torrington, Upton, Wright.

Savanah Peterson of Sundance and Logan Timberman of Upton were the medalists. The Sundance girls and Torrington boys placed first in the team standings.
