Is This Woman’s Note A Trick Or Treat? [POLL]

In the Fargo, Moorehead area, a woman has taken the notion of childhood obesity to Halloween night Trick-or-Treating.

The note states that "it takes a village to raise a child" and that she is quite disappointed with the "village" in which she lives. She will be handing out the attached note to children she believes are moderately obese with a call to the parents to do something about it.
