The Casper Horseheads dropped a 3-2 decision to Hub City out of Aberdeen, South Dakota on Sunday night at Lansing Field. Hub City scored all their runs in the 3rd inning. Casper tailed a un in the 7th and 1 more in the 9th. Collin Chaney went 2-4 with 2 runs batted in while Nic Sandoval had 2 hits and a run scored. Pitching wise, Hayden Baker threw 6 innings and gave up 3 runs and 5 hits. The Horseheads are 15-34 on the year, losers of 8 of their last 10. They’ll be at home Monday night to meet Western Nebraska at 6:30 over at Lansing Field.
