Heather Christensen Arrested For Aggravated Homicide By Vehicle

One person has been charged after a fatal vehicle collision, three weeks ago.

Casper police have arrested and charged Heather Christensen with aggravated homicide by vehicle, after being involved in a vehicle crash that killed Richard Condelario.

Police say just after noon back on November 14th, they received a call regarding a 2-vehicle collision at the intersection of 13th and Wyoming Boulevard on the west side of Casper.

Initial reports say the vehicle that Christensen and Condelario were in, was northbound on Wyoming Boulevard, when it crossed the center line, sideswiped another vehicle going in the opposite direction and then crashed head-on into a traffic light pole.

Christensen told police she was the driver because Condelario had been drinking.

She also said that not long before the incident, she and Condelario had inhaled some duster.

Blood and urine tests later proved that Christensen had indeed done so.

Bond has been set at $50-thousand.
