Game & Fish Launches New Website

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department has launched a more user friendly website.

Renny MacKay, Communications Director for the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, says the new site has improved search functions and is easier to navigate with a smartphone or tablet.

"We know most of our customers now visit our website on their smartphones and we want to be responsive to the public," said MacKay. "This site is mobile-friendly and should make the most sought-after information more readily available."

MacKay says there's also more local information from each of the department’s eight regions on the website.

"We have saved money and made things more efficient by putting our license buying and application system online," said MacKay. "At the same time we have realized there is more to do to make our website as user friendly as possible and made that a priority."

MacKay says they're also working to add more new online functions and improve mapping and updates to the electronic licensing system.
