Wyoming Highway Patrol Warns Against Drunk Driving On St. Patrick's Day Weekend

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming Highway Patrol is reminding motorists not to drive if they've been drinking over the St. Patrick's Day weekend.
