December 10, 2012 With Christmas just two weeks away and the ground in Casper devoid of much snow, the question as of late has been, Will we have a white Christmas?
According to some of the long range forecasts and with a look at the above map from the National Weather Service, the possibilities are close to 60% to have at least an inch of snow on the ground for the Christmas holiday
