Northwesterly flow, which is favorable for creating fast-moving weather systems, will set up over the state of Wyoming today.  This will bring snow showers to higher elevations and the state's mountains.   There will also be a chance for light snow across lower elevations of northern Wyoming.  Slick and icy roadways with some areas of reduced visibility will be possible across I-90, mainly from Gillette to the South Dakota state line.  Otherwise, expect more clouds than sun, colder than normal temperatures, and mainly dry weather conditions for the rest of the state.  Winds could be breezy to gusty at times, but no significant gusting is expected.  Daytime highs will stay in the teens and 20's.  Quiet and mainly settled weather conditions are expected statewide, with the exception of the northern and western mountains, on Thursday and Friday.  Temperatures will also become warmer and closer to average.
