Expect lingering snow showers this morning, mainly across eastern portions of the state, as a weather system moves out of the area.  We will then see partly to mostly cloudy skies and breezy to gusty winds statewide for the afternoon and evening hours. Temperatures will also remain cold, but close to average today.  Daytime highs will be in the 20's and 30's.  A series of fast-moving weather systems will continue to move through the state for much of the work week.  This will keep skies partly to mostly cloudy and temperatures close to average.  There will also be a chance for flurries or light snow, mainly across western, south-central, and northern Wyoming on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
