While western Wyoming started off the day with sun, some eastern sections of the state had some clouds.   These clouds will hold temperatures back somewhat today with highs mainly in the 60s, with 70s in the southwest.  By this afternoon these clouds will give way to some sunshine.  The sun and lingering atmospheric moisture will combine to bring a few scattered thunderstorms to the eastern plains, especially the southeast, later today and this evening.

Temperatures then start to warm up tomorrow and Friday.  Highs will reach back into the 70s and lower 80s in nearly all locations.  There will be a few isolated thunderstorms around too, but significant precipitation is not expected.
