CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — A second former Wyoming Livestock Board employee has filed a discrimination lawsuit against the board.

In a complaint filed Monday in Laramie County District Court, former forensic evidence technician Dale Bratton contends that he was subject to age and gender discrimination, as well as retaliation for speaking out against the former director.

The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports that the lawsuit also says that his former supervisor gave subpar performance evaluations to Bratton and his other male colleagues, denying them financial bonuses.

Former livestock investigator Jimmy Dean Siler also filed a discrimination complaint last year in federal court against the board. That lawsuit is still pending.

Attorney General Peter Michael did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
