WyoLotto Makes $1M Payment to State
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming Lottery Corp. has sent the state a check for more than $1 million as part of its quarterly transfer of profits from lottery games.
The lottery says the check was sent to the Wyoming State Treasurer's Office on April 7.
The state agency distributes the money to Wyoming's 99 cities and towns and 23 counties.
It was the fifth transfer of lottery funds to the state since the lottery was started in 2014.
