Higher pressure will begin to build over the state of Wyoming today and will remained settled over the area through the upcoming weekend.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies and mainly dry weather conditions statewide through at least Sunday.  Winds, however, could become strong throughout wind prone areas of southeastern Wyoming on Thursday and Friday.  Expect wind gusts between 35 and 50 mph at times.  Temperatures will remain very cold and well below normal today, with daytime highs in the teens to lower 20's.  We will then see a gradual warming trend over the next several days, which will allow temperatures to become closer to average by Friday.  Temperatures will then become slightly above normal by the end of the weekend.
