An Arctic cold front will continue to interact with Pacific moisture over the state of Wyoming today.  Light to moderate snowfall is expected statewide, especially in the morning and early afternoon hours.  Expect around 1-3" of new snow by later this evening.  Poor visibility and hazardous driving conditions due to on-going snow and some areas of blowing snow are looking likely, especially across central and southern Wyoming.  We will also see cloudy skies and icy cold temperatures, with daytime highs staying in single digits and teens.  Snow will then begin to taper off overnight into early Wednesday morning and skies will gradually clear for the rest of Wednesday as Arctic high pressure settles over the area.  Bitterly cold temperatures will remain in the forecast for the middle of the week, with daytime highs remaining in the teens.  Dangerously cold wind chill values will also be a concern, especially on Wednesday morning.  The Arctic air mass that has been settled over the area for the past few days will slowly be pushed out of the region on Thursday as a ridge of high pressure builds overhead.  This will bring warmer, more settled weather to the state for the second half of the work week.
