The investigation began when a five-year-old child was killed in car crash after White allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into a semi.

A Casper woman has been charged with involuntary manslaughter of a 5-year-old.

Sierra White will represent Wyoming at the regional competition in June.
