There are a couple animals on the list are surprising.

An Evansville woman recently posted to the Facebook Group 'Evansville Wy Neighborhood Watch/Community Connections' that her husband has had to kill four separate rattlesnakes on a very specific road in Evansville.

Officials say most folks who are bitten are the ones who have gone back to kill the snake.

So far this season, Carbon County Memorial Hospital has had one person visit the hospital for a snake bite.

With the hours of sunlight increasing and the temperatures starting to climb, the creatures that have hibernated over the winter are starting to stir, and that includes rattlesnakes.
