The former pastor of New Life Tabernacle Church in Casper, Bishop Robert Gilmore Sr., pleaded guilty to one count of indecent liberties with a minor in May 2022.

The minor will order a drink and the server is supposed to ask for identification.

Matthew Henderson declined to comment during his sentencing.

The judge is not bound by the plea agreement reached by the prosecution and defense.

The case started Jan. 11, 2018, when the Wyoming Department of Family Services first reported to the Sheriff's Office allegations of sexual abuse.

A Mills police officer was assigned to investigate the case on the night of April 20, 2015.

Bruce Sloyer's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 4, during which the state will try to show there is probable cause that his case should be bound over for trial.
