Clement then punched the victim in the head and threatened him with a knife.

The victim agreed to go back to Clement's residence for a drink.

According to charging papers, the victim encountered Clement in the early morning hours of Feb. 1 at a local restaurant where Clement worked.

The two men knew each other from when they were incarcerated at the Natrona County Juvenile Detention Center.
