East Yellowstone Highway

The Casper Police Department again cautions motorists to not drink and drive.

Witnesses say multiple passengers fled the scene. Police are speaking with the people who stayed on-scene.

One person was taken to the hospital, and power was knocked out in one block, in a neighborhood just east of downtown Casper.
