Joseph Campbell is currently serving time for three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide after drinking and driving, and slamming into the back of a semi.
The DUIs were among 270 traffic stops, and law enforcement also wrote 35 speeding tickets and made a total of 33 arrests, including two for controlled substances.
They intend to reduce fatal crashes through enforcement of impaired driving and seatbelt laws, and a media campaign emphasizing a zero-tolerance stance.
