While all four outgoing members of the Natrona County School Board gave speeches at the end of Monday's meeting, Trustee Debbie McCullar gave the longest and most condemnatory of them all.

The general election is Tuesday, Nov. 6.

Incumbents Raymond Catellier, Kevin Christopherson, Dana Howie and Rita Walsh were re-elected in the November general election.
