Strong winds are expected to blast southeast Wyoming Friday afternoon through Saturday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service in Cheyenne.
Friday brought hurricane-force winds to southeast Wyoming, closing roads, including Interstate 80 between Rawlins and Laramie, to light, high-profile vehicles.
Portions of Interstate 80 in southeast Wyoming could see gusts up to 65 mph tomorrow through Saturday, which, combined with the recent snow, could make for ground blizzard conditions.
