An upper-level weather system and weak cool front will continue to control the weather across the state of Wyoming for the rest of today.  Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies with milder and closer to average temperatures throughout the state.  Daytime highs will be in the 60's and 70's, with some 80's across the eastern Plains.  Strong winds are also expected into the early evening hours, mainly for central and southern Wyoming.  Winds could gust between 35 and 50 mph at times.  There will be a good chance for rain showers and possible a few thunderstorms across western and central Wyoming today.  Elsewhere, expect only a minimal chance for showers and thunderstorms.  Another weather system and stronger cool front will approach the region on Wednesday and will continue to move across the area on Thursday.  For Wednesday, expect cloudy to mostly cloudy skies, isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms, and seasonably mild temperatures statewide.  Winds will become strong again by early Wednesday morning and will remain gusty into Thursday, with gusts as high as 50 mph.  We will then see more clouds than sun, even more rain showers and thunderstorms, and noticeably cooler temperatures by Thursday.
