Snow showers are expected in Casper during the middle of the week, according to the National Weather Service.

The greatest likelihood for snow begins at noon Wednesday, according to a forecast that was current as of Sunday morning. The NWS said show showers will likely continue after 2 p.m., and Wednesday's high will only be around 42 F.

Wednesday will see a 70% chance for precipitation with winds gusting up to 29 mph. Snow showers are likely to continue into Wednesday night, when temperatures are expected to drop to 16 F with the chance of precipitation remaining at 70%.

The chance of snow showers Thursday drops to 50%, and falls again to 30% Thursday night. Late Thursday will be colder, however, dropping down to around 13 F.
