Nicholas Salo Sentenced For Aiding And Abetting To Aggravated Burglary
A Casper man is heading to prison after admitting to his role in a burglary last year.
Twenty-one year old Nicholas Salo, was sentenced to five-to-seven years in prison, after he pleaded guilty to one charge of aiding and abetting to aggravated burglary.
Investigators say in September, the two victims were at a residence on the 1200 block on North Center Street, when 26-year old Larry Burgess and three others arrived and attacked them
All of the attackers had knives on them, and Burgess said he was looking for another person, that was at the residence earlier.
Afterwards, Burgess and the assailants took an $1,800 collection of knives.
Prosecutors say Salo was on parole at the time, for an unrelated burglary case.
Burgess and several other co-defendants have pleaded guilty to similar charges connected to this case, and are waiting to be sentenced.
