Mild With A Good Chance For Rain & T-Storms Through Friday

An upper-level weather system will move across the state of Wyoming and interact with monsoonal moisture for the rest of today and Friday.  Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies, early patchy fog, and a good chance for rain showers and thunderstorms during this time.  The main concerns will still be brief periods of heavy rain and minor flooding, but there will also be a chance for hail with any storm that develops.  Temperatures will be cool and a few degrees below average today, with daytime highs in the 70's to lower 80's.  Warmer and closer to average temperatures will then arrive on Friday, with daytime highs in the upper 70's and 80's.  Higher pressure will build over the region on Saturday and Sunday.  We will see minimal cloudiness with warm, seasonal temperatures this weekend.  However, there will be a small chance for showers and thunderstorms due to lingering low-level moisture and daytime heating.
