Man Uses Body as Tow Rope to Pull a Truck in Casper
A video that surfaced on Facebook Wednesday shows a car towing a pickup truck near the Townsend Justice Center in Casper while using a man as a impromptu tow rope.
The man is using one arm to hang onto the car while he uses his other arm to grab onto the truck. They move at a slow pace before hitting a red light on Center Street. The man hops down and takes a break. It's unclear if he continued.
Wyoming state law delves extensively into the ways to properly tow trailers in the Cowboy State, but it makes no mention of whether a human body is an adequate tow rope.
