A quick moving rather weak weather disturbance could bring a light dusting of snow to some portions of the state later today and tonight.  The state's mountain ranges look to be in the best position to see some snow, but even there it is expected to be quite light.  Otherwise this weather disturbance will just bring in more clouds and a bit of a cooler day to the state.

As we head into the weekend, the weather pattern looks quite settled.  No major fronts or weather systems are expected.  However, there will be some strong, gusty winds late Saturday into Sunday.  West to northwest winds will gust to 40 mph or better at times.

Conditions otherwise look mainly dry (with the exception of the northwest where there could be a little light snow on Saturday) with partly cloudy to variably cloudy skies and generally good traveling weather.  Temperatures will top off in the 30s and 40s with a few 20s for the mountains.
