A Casper man will not dispute claims he was in possession of stolen items.

Josh Robins has pleaded no contest to one charge of receiving or concealing stolen property.

According to the Natrona County Sheriff's Office, a Game and Fish Warden was investigating a poaching case in January , in which Robins was a possible suspect.

When a search warrant was served, the warden noticed a number of guns at Robins' residence and seized them as possible evidence.

Investigators then learned that some of the guns had been stolen from Laramie in December.

When questioned, Robins said that he did not steal the guns, rather he purchased them from a friend while he was in Laramie.

The guns and the ammunition involved, ended up being worth more than thirty-two hundred dollars.
