The 2013 Spring Super Garage Sale will take place Saturday, March 23 from 7:00am-3:00pm.

Vendor Agreement:

  1. Set up is on Friday, March 22, 2013 between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm, with doors open on the North side of the building. Vendors will have to be finished setting up and out of the building by 8 pm.
  2. There will be pickup for items not sold. Have them boxed and stacked at the front of the building. Please make sure your booth area is clean and free of garbage and be packed and ready to leave the building by 5:30 pm.
  3. You agree to be present for the entire sale; doors open at 7 am and close at 3 pm. YOU ARE CONTRACTED NOT TO TEAR DOWN BEFORE 3:00pm.
  4. There will be one 8x2 ft table and 2 chairs provided with each booth. There will also be a limited number of extra tables and chairs available upon request.
  5. You are responsible for paying any state or local sales tax as assessed by government agencies for the sale of your items.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse any individual, business or items as we feel necessary.
  7. There will be no refunds for any reason.
