High pressure will allow for warmer and dry conditions across southeast Wyoming today.  The National Weather Service has issued several High Wind Watches across the region, beginning tonight and lasting through early Friday.  Expect winds to increase through late today, with high gusting toward the end of the day and into Friday morning.  Light and high profile vehicles will need to use extra caution while traveling, as cross winds will be very strong during this time.  Temperatures for today and tomorrow will rise into the 50's, rather nice for this time of the year.
