Casper Community Strategic Plan

At the conclusion of nearly four hours of testimony Tuesday evening Casper City Council adopted a Community Strategic plan for 2013.

One Casper city council member prefaced  discussion Tuesday of approving a "Downtown Strategic Plan" with comments meant to allay fears that it represents a vision set in stone. Mixed views on whether to approve a Community Strategic Plan before a new council is seated in January won't stop continued talks and likely adoption by Casper city council later in December.
