A large low pressure system will remained settled over western portions of the nation through at least Friday.  This will funnel plenty of moisture and atmospheric instability into the state of Wyoming during this time.  A cool front will also slide across the region today and tonight.  Expect areas of dense fog and reduced visibility along I-25 (Colorado state line to Chugwater), I-80 (Cheyenne to Laramie), and US-85 (Colorado state line to LaGrange) today, mainly into the late morning/early afternoon hours.  We will also see cloudy to mostly cloudy skies with daily chances for rain showers and thunderstorms today through Friday.  Heavy rain and flash flooding will be a concern statewide through the end of the week.  Strong to severe thunderstorms could also be possible for southeastern/eastern Wyoming during this time, which could create small hail and gusty winds.  Temperatures will be cool, but close to average statewide today, with daytime highs in the 50's and 60's.  Even cooler and near or slightly below average temperatures will then be possible for the rest of the work week.
