Southeast Wyoming received several inches of snow between last night and this morning.  Very cold temperatures will remain in place over much of the state, with highs only rising into the teens and 20's.  The southeast will see a few lingering flurries through noon, while many other locations will be partly to mostly cloudy.  Winds increase this afternoon and tonight with blowing snow over parts of I-80 between Cheyenne and Rawlins, and I-25 south of Wheatland.  Higher pressure moves in for tomorrow and Friday, with temperatures returning to more normal ranges for late December.
