Casper College Theater Ends Season With A Comedy
The 2014-2015 season for the Casper College Theatre Department will finish with the Ken Ludwig comedy “Lend Me A Tenor” on the McMurry Mainstage.
Director Richard Burk sums it up this way,
“Lend Me A Tenor,” tells the story of the world famous tenor Tito Morelli, who is to perform his greatest role, ‘Otello,’ with the Cleveland Grand Opera Company. But Morelli is late, and arrives too late to rehearse with the company, through a hilarious series of mishaps involving a jealous wife, a starry-eyed fan, an out of control bellhop, and an over-enthusiastic soprano, ‘Il Stupendo’ takes tranquilizers with wine and passes out, with much more hilarity ensuing,”
