Wyo. Legislature To Decide New Districts-Morning News Update [AUDIO]

The Wyoming Legislature will convene its budget session on Monday in Cheyenne, and will act on setting up new legislative districts in some areas of the state. Diversion of yard waste out of the landfill and into city compost would be introduced incrementally if the Casper City Council passes an ordinance that heard first reading on Tuesday.
