Warm and breezy to windy

Temperatures for Casper and Wyoming today and Thursday will be well above average for early April.  Look for increasing winds as well across Casper late today and throughout the state on Thursday.  A fast moving cold front will then

pass across the state on Friday.  This will bring cooler weather and brisk winds through Saturday.  Western and northern Wyoming will also see areas of rain and snow on Friday into Saturday.
