An automobile crash near the Wyoming community of Hudson has sent two children to the hospital with serious injuries.

According to Wyoming Highway Patrol Sgt. Stephen Townsend, two young children associated with the crash were life-flighted to various hospitals, their conditions have not been released.

"A driver of a Suburban-type vehicle lost control," says Townsend.  "It spun on the highway and was hit broad-side, on the passenger side by a pickup."

The crash happened on Wyoming Highway 789 near Hudson.

The hospitalized children were in the Suburban-style vehicle. Contrary to preliminary reports by other media in the area, Townsend says that no fatalities have been associated with this crash.

Three individuals in the pick up were sent to the hospital as well, however, Townsend says those individuals were treated then released.
