An upper-level weather system will move across the state of Wyoming today.  Expect cloudy to mostly cloudy skies and breezy to gusty winds throughout the state.  Most locations will see winds gusts between 20 and 35 mph, but there could be a few isolated wind gusts between 35 and 45 mph across I-80 near Arlington.  Rain showers and mountain snow will also be possible across northern and eastern portions of the state into the early evening hours.  Temperatures will be cool statewide today, but it will remain slightly above the normal for this time of year.  Daytime highs will stay in the 50's and 60's.  A fast-moving cool front and weather system will then move across the region on Tuesday.  We can expect cloudy to mostly cloudy skies, strong winds, and noticeably cooler and closer to average temperatures statewide.  Wind gusts across much of central and eastern Wyoming will stay between 30 and 45 mph.  Rain showers and mountain snow will redevelop across northern Wyoming by early morning, while rain will return to central and eastern Wyoming by the afternoon and evening.  At the same time, conditions will stay mainly dry across far southwestern Wyoming.  Precipitation will once again come to an end by the early evening hours.  Higher pressure brings more settled weather conditions to the region by the middle of the week.
