Since its founding in 1966, WyoTech has gone through several ownership changes.

WyoTech still faces a tough future as it must now grow its student and faculty population.

The future of WyoTech was secured after DBJJDM Enterprises, led by Jim Mathis, completed the purchase of WyoTech on Monday, July 2.
