The bill forces voters who want to affiliate with one of the major parties to register as Republicans or Democrats before the first day for candidates to file to run for office in May.
“Coal has a future in Wyoming. Thank you to the Legislature for helping to make a broader use of these funds, so we can be much more proactive in protecting our coal industries’ future,” Governor Gordon said.
He said keeping track of our state's solid values, freedom, open space, strong family ties and independence are the greatest challenges we have going forward.
