Natrona County Emergency Managers will make a limited number of bags available to residents at risk of flooding this Saturday.  If your concerned  call the Emergency Manager for your area to check on whether you qualify. Managers will target areas and high value structures most at risk. Bags and the sand to fill them will be available at stations located on both sides of town.
