The tiny town of Chugwater could finally get a gas station to replace one that burned down in a strange accident more than three years ago.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol is investigating excessive speed as a cause of the crash.

Lack of seat belt use, traveling at a speed too fast for snow and ice and possible drug use are being investigated.

A highway overpass, about 25 miles north of Cheyenne, remains closed as officials determine the amount of damage that occurred when the structure was struck by an oversize load.
